Sean Zhou — Zhou Xiaosong (born 1971, Nanjing) is a renowned Chinese oil painter and a leading figure of the China Academy of Art school of oil painting.
Professor and graduate advisor at China Academy of Art; former Chair of the Department of Mural Painting and former Director of the Mural Painting Research Institute; expert member of China's National Major Historical Theme Art Creation Project. In 2019 he received a Citation of Honor from the New York State Assembly recognizing his artistic and scholarly career. Based in California, he is the founder of Orangerie Art Center; his studio is Sean Zhou Art Studio. Associate Member, California Art Club (2026).
